Managing family members

This section introduces how to delete a family user from the family.

This operation can only be done by an administrative user.

 

 

For the iOS application

1. Tap the account icon at the top left of the home screen.
   
   
   
2. From the account menu, tap “Family member.”
   
   

   The “Family member” menu is only displayed to administrative users.

3. From the “Family members” screen, tap “Manage family members” at the bottom.
   
   
   
4. Tap the minus button next to the user you want to delete.
   
   

For the Android web application

1. Tap the menu button on the top right of the home screen and tap “Account.”
   
   
   
2. From the “Family member” section, tap the trash can icon next to the user you wish to delete.
